					<description>I think that new associates are so valuable to a firm that it is worth it to put into place a training program that really works.  Don't just throw something together and hope it works, because more often than not things will not go as planned.  Get feedback from program participants and perfect the training method so that these associates can start contributing more to the firm sooner.</description>
